I am committed to delivering high-quality art prints. While I do not offer refunds, I understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged. In such cases, I’am happy to assist you with an exchange. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Exchanges for Damaged Items
- I offer exchanges only for damaged items.
- If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send an email with picture of the damage attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
- Once your damaged item is returned and inspected, I will process an exchange for the same item if available. If the item is no longer in stock, I will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
2. Return Shipping
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged items.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that are not damaged are not eligible for exchanges.
