Refund and Returns Policy

I am committed to delivering high-quality art prints. While I do not offer refunds, I understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged. In such cases, I’am happy to assist you with an exchange. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Exchanges for Damaged Items

  • I offer exchanges only for damaged items.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send an email with picture of the damage attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Once your damaged item is returned and inspected, I will process an exchange for the same item if available. If the item is no longer in stock, I will issue a store credit for the value of the item.

2. Return Shipping

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged items.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that are not damaged are not eligible for exchanges.

Note: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
